2024 Gathering Pinot Noir
$55.00 / bottle
A passionate pursuit of Pinot Noir. That’s what drove our winemaker, Sam, to six Pinot-producing regions across three continents. It’s also what drew him here to us and the cool climate of the Adelaide HIlls.
DRINKS LIKE: Dark cherry. Truffle. Roasted beetroot. Hints of game. Spice. Persistent fine tannins.
LOVE IT FOR: It’s delicious Maraschino cherry characters and delectable savouriness.
FUN FACT: Growing and making Pinot is like a problem child. You love it to no end, but it doesn’t always love you back. Full of ‘tude, but oh so delicate and joyful!

Season
2024 delivered a cool, even growing season that yielded wines with intense yet delicate flavours and vibrant colours. February and March saw an absence of rainfall, coupled with low crop yields and warmer temperatures, which led to an unusually fast-paced harvest.
Vinification
Fruit was hand-picked in the cool of the morning. From 16 different Pinot Noir ferments only 9 barrels were selected to be a part of this blend. Around 10% was whole bunch ferments and a total of 22% new oak was selected for the blend.
