Conditions of Sale
- Liquor License Number: 50810188
- The Lane Vineyard is authorised to sell Liquor under The South Australian Liquor Licensing Act 1997. In Australia, customers must be over 18 years of age & proof of age may be required.
- You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase wine, and this service is only available for delivery in Australia.
Loyalty Rewards
- The Lane Rewards program allows you to earn discounts on future online wine orders.
- Loyalty Rewards are accrued for all online wine sales and restaurant and tasting room sales.
- Registering for a Lane website account will subscribe you to The Lane Vineyard ‘Friends of the Lane’ mailing list where you will receive email notifications and updates. You can unsubscribe from these updates at any time using the Unsubscribe link in the footer of our emails.
- You must be logged into your The Lane Vineyard website customer account to earn and redeem rewards, such as discount coupons and free shipping options.
- To earn birthday rewards, you must have completed your profile, including your birth date, a minimum of one month prior to your birthday.
- The Lane Vineyard reserves the right to modify the rewards program or cancel coupons at any time.
- Reward coupons can be used to redeem discounts on online wine purchases, at recommended retail price.
- Coupons cannot be applied to already discounted wine products or packs.
- Coupons cannot be applied to event tickets, gift cards or Gathering Club Wine subscriptions.
- Coupons can only be redeemed once.
- Only one discount coupon can be redeemed per order.
- A minimum cart value of $100 must be reached in order to redeem your Loyalty coupon
- If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
- Unused points will expire after 12 weeks.

Gathering Wine Club
- Our Gathering Wine Club allows you to sign up for and purchase regular deliveries of wine from The Lane Vineyard. Gathering Club inclusions are outlined separately
- You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase wine, and this service is only available for delivery in Australia.
- You can view details of your upcoming shipments in your Customer Portal, available when you log into your account, or accessible via the link in the Gathering Club emails sent to you following sign up.
- Should you wish to cancel your Gathering Club membership, please contact us before payment for your next order is due.
- Gathering Club membership pricing may be updated during your subscription in line with any relevant pricing changes to the products included. We will endeavour to give you fair warning of any pricing changes in advance. Should you wish to cancel your upcoming order due to a pricing change, please contact us before payment for your next order is due.
Gift Vouchers
- Our online gift vouchers allow you to purchase experience vouchers or estate gift vouchers of pre-defined values.
- Gift vouchers are valid for three years from date of purchase.
- Estate and Wine Gift Vouchers can be used towards the purchase of any product/s available through our online store.
- Sales pricing and discount codes cannot be applied to purchasing gift vouchers, however these discounts will apply to any orders made using a gift voucher.
- If you would like a bulk order or custom value for your gift voucher, please contact us.
- If the gift voucher is lost, please contact us.
- Experience Vouchers are valid for three years from date of issue, Not withstanding this, gift vouchers which have been: – issued for free to a customer for any reason, – supplied as part of a customer loyalty, sponsorship, partnership or employee rewards program, or – supplied as part of a marketing promotion as a bonus to the purchase of a good or service, are not subject to the three year expiry period and will have the expiry periods advertised in connection with the relevant gift voucher at the time it was issued.
- Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for payment of wine club subscriptions or wholesale accounts.
- Experience pricing is subject to change.
Bookings
Cancellation Policy:
- Credit card details are required to secure all reservations.
- For cancellations or a reduction in guest numbers the following notice periods apply: Reservations of 1 – 8 guests are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice; Non private reservations over 8 guests are required to provide a minimum of 5 days’ notice; Private events are required to give the notice period outlined in the booking form specific to the event.
- If changes are made and the correct notice period has not been advised, the cancellation/no show fee will apply.
Dietaries
- If you or your guests have any special dietary requests please advise a minimum of 48 hours prior to your visit.
- Please also note that whilst we make every effort to accommodate dietary requests, we cannot guarantee that any product served will be free of allergens.
- If you or your guests experience anaphylaxis you must notify us prior to your visit and we ask that you/your guest brings an EpiPen.
Wine Tastings
- Please note our Tasting Room is an intimate space, therefore bookings are essential.
- During winter wine tastings and/or experiences may be hosted inside our winery.
- Please note that although we have a few heaters, during the cooler months we suggest to dress for the weather appropriately.
Vineyard
- Our vineyard is a very unique and fragile ecosystem.
- Please do not walk through the vines as you may be spreading diseases and pests you are not aware of.
- For your own safety please be aware of your surroundings as heavy machinery may be in use and Snakes may be seen in summer months.
Transport
- We recommend pre-booking your transport to and from the estate.
- We are not regularly serviced by taxis and Uber can be difficult to book last minute.

Weather & Bushfire
- In the event of a catastrophic fire danger warning, The Lane Vineyard will be closed to all staff and public.
- In the event of a “watch and act” warning, The Lane Vineyard will evacuate all staff and customers.
- We will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible to explain the re-booking procedures.
