The Lane Vineyard x Aurora Collab Dinner Event
The Lane Vineyard and Aurora Restaurant invite you to join us for a collaborative dinner presented by our Head Winemaker Turon White, hosted at Light ADL.
Aurora Executive Chef Brendan Wessels and Head Chef Sam Cooper have come together with The Lane Vineyard’s Head Chef Tom Robinson and Senior Sous Chef Cameron Ahl to create a unique and memorable dining experience.
Commencing in The Lab, the surrounding immersive LED screens will give you the feeling of being transported throughout the four seasons in our Hahndorf vineyards before taking a seat at the communal tables in Aurora Restaurant for an intimate dining experience.
You will then be guided through a carefully curated tasting menu highlighting the rich connection between food, wine and their origins with each course matched with a flight from some of our limited release wines.

Please note as a wine tasting event; the menu has been curated around the wine offering and therefore we cannot adjust for food preferences, however if you have food allergies, please advise on your booking notes.
If you have friends who are also attending let us know in your booking notes and we can arrange for adjacent seating on a communal table.
