Lifted aromas of passionfruit blossom, elderflower and lime zest are complemented by delicate hints of fresh lemongrass. The palate is pure and vibrant, with concentrated citrus and tropical fruit balanced by bright acidity, fine chalky minerality and a subtle pithy texture, leading to a long, crisp finish.
