Season

The 2026 Adelaide Hills vintage was defined by a long, slow ripening season. A cool, wet spring delayed flowering and pushed harvest later than usual, allowing fruit to develop exceptional flavour intensity while retaining bright natural acidity. The result is wines of remarkable purity, aromatic complexity and elegance.The wines from 2025 have delicacy, yet depth, perfume and purity, all the hallmarks of great cool climate wines that will continue to develop with age.

Vinification

Estate-grown Shiraz was night harvested, crushed, pressed and cold settled before a slow, cool fermentation in stainless steel. Free-run parcels were vinified separately, allowing careful selection at blending to preserve freshness, purity and varietal character.
