2026 Gathering Pinot Blanc
$40.00 / bottle
It was love at first sight when it came to Pinot Blanc. From the moment we caught the scent of its beautiful, fragrant and bright aromas, we knew we were head over heels.
DRINKS LIKE: Lemon blossom. Lychee. Green apple. Toasty Vanilla. Crisp acid. Flinty finish.
LOVE IT FOR: Being an inbetweener. Sits somewhere between Riesling and Pinot Gris.
FUN FACT: These grapes were grown by the Haigh Family. Turns out the don’t just produce delicious chocolate!

Season
The 2026 Adelaide Hills vintage was defined by a long, slow ripening season. A cool, wet spring delayed flowering and pushed harvest later than usual, allowing fruit to develop exceptional flavour intensity while retaining bright natural acidity. The result is wines of remarkable purity, aromatic complexity and elegance.
Vinification
Hand-picked in the cool of the morning, whole bunches were gently pressed before fermentation in older French oak with selected aromatic yeasts. Regular lees stirring added texture and subtle complexity. After 4½ months in barrel, parcels were blended to balance aromatic intensity and generosity with lively acidity.
