Discover the Adelaide Hills with senior geologist Ben McHenry as he unearths the distinctive ancient geology that governs the region’s topography, soils, and climate, revealing the wealth of minerals that fill local soils with all the essential ingredients for shaping world-class wines.
The Lane Vineyard’s Head Chef Tom Robinson will take us on a gastronomical journey using local Adelaide Hills produce, with a menu that has been thoughtfully paired with magnificent wines from the region.
