Our Cuvée Blanc de Blancs is created using the time-honoured 'méthode traditionnelle', ageing for extended time in bottle and disgorged on demand. Aromas of lemon zest and brioche dough with a delicate palate of vanilla bean and shortbread balanced by a fine bead and crisp acidity.

Bouquet: Complex aromas of gooseberry and bright passionfruit primary characters with hints of toast and kaffir lime leaf.

Palate: Juicy natural acidity brings a chalky texture, with vibrant grapefruit and lime flavours. Subtle oak adds complexity, structure, and weight.
