Our Cuvée Blanc de Blancs is created using the time-honoured 'méthode traditionnelle', ageing for extended time in bottle and disgorged on demand. Aromas of lemon zest and brioche dough with a delicate palate of vanilla bean and shortbread balanced by a fine bead and crisp acidity.
