2025 Gathering Semillon × 2

No longer the wallflower to Sauvignon Blanc, this vintage sees our estate Semillon step into the spotlight. Bright and textural, subtle yet assured - dancing with charm, depth, expression and extensive ageing potential.

DRINKS LIKE: Crunchy apple. Lemon zest. White stone fruit. Layers of texture. Cool climate acidity.

LOVE IT FOR: It’s sheer food-friendliness. The viscosity, subtle spice and citrus notes make this wine a natural dinner party go-to.

FUN FACT: Thought to originate from Saint-Émilion in France, Semillon is as widely planted as it is mispronounced. We say it ‘SEMI-YON’, but don’t worry - we don’t judge.

2024 Gathering Gamay × 2

The second this wine hits a glass, it shocks with its unexpected electric colour. Best described as a purple party thrown by its anthocyanins - the polyphenol pigments that bring the colour in Gamay’s red skins.

DRINKS LIKE: Blackberry. Violets. Juicy blood plum. Provençal herbs. Fine tannins.

LOVE IT FOR: One of the Adelaide Hills best kept secrets. It grows oh so well up here and its only a matter of time before the secret’s out!

FUN FACT: Grown since the 14th Century but has always played second fiddle to its famous neighbour, Pinot Noir. Not for long!

2022 vintage:

  • Gold Medal - Royal Hobart Wine Show 2023
  • 93 Points - Jeni Port, Winepilot

Previous vintages:

  • 2021 - 94 Points - Angus Hughson, The Wine Pilot
  • 2021 - 92 Points - Ned Goodwin, MW

2024 Gathering Tempranillo × 2

Our motto for Tempranillo? Let it thrive naturally. Rocky soils, ample sun and dry conditions see this varietal shine. It’s a balance of care and nature’s touch that let Tempranillo reveal its vibrant personality.

  • Top Gold, Adelaide Hills Wine Show, 2025

DRINKS LIKE: Black olive. Sour cherry. Juicy bright berry. Fine tannins. Silky finish.

LOVE IT FOR: It’s sheer adaptability, a fail-safe, food-friendly wine that will stand up in any pot-luck situation.

FUN FACT: From the spanish word ‘temprano’, meaning ‘little one’, Tempranillo ripens swiftly. It thrives in the hills with the care of its growers, Michele and Paul Edwards!
