Terms & Conditions

• There will be TWO major prizes drawn: one for a South Australian winner and one for an Interstate winner.
• The Lane’s Spring Giveaway promotion is valid for entry with the purchase of any wine pack listed at https://www.thelane.com.au/spring-giveaway-2024/
• The promotion excludes individual bottle sales, Gathering Series, Estate Series, Heritage Series wines and Gift Vouchers.
• Spring Giveaway Entry Packs and discounts are available online only at www.thelane.com.au/spring-giveaway-2024  and are not valid via The Lane Vineyard restaurant or tasting room.
• The promotion cannot be used in conjunction or combined with any other promotion or discount code.
• The Spring Giveaway Promotion is live from 2pm ACST on Monday 2nd September 2024. Please note, this means we do not apply discounts to orders awaiting dispatch or previous orders placed before this time.
• Promotion ends 11:59pm, ACST 21st September 2024
• The two winners will be drawn at random on Tuesday, September 24th, 2024, and notified via email.
• South Australian Prize (Ultimate Experience Pass):
• Redemption Period: All experiences included in the Ultimate Experience Pass must be redeemed within a 12-month period from the date of issue.
• Experience Booking: All experiences included in the Ultimate Experience Pass must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
• Non-Transferable: The Ultimate Experience Pass is non-transferable and can only be used by the winner and their guest.
• No Cash Value: The Ultimate Experience Pass cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods/services.
• Exclusions: The Ultimate Experience Pass does not include accommodation, transport, or additional purchases outside of the specified experiences.
• Interstate Prize (Adelaide Hills Getaway):
• Travel Validity: The interstate prize, including flights and accommodation, must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of the winner’s notification.
• Booking: All elements of the prize (flights, accommodation, experiences) must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
• Non-Transferable: The prize is non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the winner and their guest.
• No Cash Value: The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods/services.
• Blackout Dates: The prize may be subject to blackout dates during peak seasons or public holidays.
• Additional Costs: The winner is responsible for any additional costs incurred beyond what is included in the prize, such as meals outside of the Chef’s Table experience, Picnic Lunch, transport, additional nights, or activities not specified in the prize description.
