Fresh, vibrant and textural. Aromas of lemon, grapefruit and white peach mingle with subtle oak spice and leesy complexity. The palate is creamy and layered, balanced by bright acidity and a long, refined finish.

Ripe raspberry, blueberry and dark cherry are layered with black and white pepper, aniseed, savoury herbs and delicate violet florals. The palate is vibrant and refined, with juicy plum, fine tannins and subtle oak complemented by layers of pepper and sweet spice, finishing long and balanced.
