Your Commitment

  • Gathering Club Members commit to purchasing at least 2 dozen wines per calendar year.

  • Gathering Members must be 18 years or older.

  • Gathering Members acknowledge that their allocated wines will be sent at two points throughout the year in May and November. 

  • Gathering Members acknowledge that they will automatically receive delivery of wine (in May and November) and will be charged at that frequency on an ongoing basis, unless they notify us otherwise and in adherence to the cancellation procedure outlined below.

  • Gathering Members may opt out of certain deliveries by notifying The Lane Vineyard, however members may only cancel their membership once they have received two years of their wine allocation. Cancellation must be done in the form of notification in writing.

  • Gathering Member’s wine selection will stand for all deliveries unless they notify The Lane Vineyard otherwise.

  • Gathering Members must notify The Lane Vineyard of any address, email address or credit card changes.

  • Credit card details are provided for the purpose of wine club purchases and all details are maintained with strict confidentiality under our privacy policy.

  • Whilst The Lane Vineyard endeavours to supply Gathering Members with their requested wines and vintages, allocation is dependent on stocks available at the time of shipping. *Gathering Members will receive priority allocation on all available stock.

  • Should your wine not arrive in a satisfactory condition, please contact The Lane Vineyard, so that your wine can be replaced or refunded. The Lane Vineyard requires damaged goods to be returned within 21 days so action can be taken with the carrier.

  • Prices are subject to change. Notification will be given via email if prices increase.
