I just wanted to pass on the biggest thankyou to yourself & all the staff at TLV who hosted our wedding. Dave & I are super pleased we chose TLV as our wedding venue. Dave & I, as well as other guests who attended just can’t stop talking about the day & evening we had. 

Each & every staff member at TLV were wonderful. From the chefs in the kitchen making such amazing food that my guests are still talking about. The girls (& guys) behind the bar serving the drinks. There was probably not a glass in sight that I saw on the night empty or waiting on the next, whether that was of the alcoholic type or simply even just water. 

A big thanks to Hugh the Restaurant manager for putting up with us & helping out. Just the little touches we notice.

And last, but not least, Crystel. As I said in my speech, you really were wonderful on the day becoming the 4th (most outstanding) 'bridesmaid' I could have. You made the day run so smoothly from the planning, to accommodating our (maybe tacky & bizarre) needs, & just being so easy going. I felt I could trust you with anything. Thanks for all your hard work on the day.

Your staff truly made for what was such a wonderful evening that Dave & I will forever remember. 

There are not many venues that provide such exceptional service. You can tell your venue works great as a team & you all deserve big pats on your backs for all your hard work. I notice that TLV always make customer satisfaction a priority, which I think is seen far & few between places these days. Especially wineries.

My Wife and I recently celebrated our marriage at The Lane and wish to pass on our feedback about how wonderful your Weddings & Events Manager, Sam Mitchell, has been throughout our planning process and on the day.

Sam was consistently welcoming, professional, thoughtful and responsive throughout our planning.  

Things didn't go quite to plan on the day itself with the wind blowing an absolute gale meaning we had to change the location of the ceremony from the hilltop to the lawn, and the pre-dinner drinks and canapés from the lawn to the barrel room.  Which all meant last minute flow on changes and running around for Sam to get people out of the restaurant, fight the wind to set up our ceremony on the lawn and re-direct proceedings when the bride arrived early.

We couldn't have asked for a more friendly, professional and supportive events coordinator and we are truly grateful for her assistance. The day wouldn't have gone so smoothly without her.  She is truly an asset to your team.
